Need Help with Banana Bread

Tonight, I tried the banana bread recipe that comes in the cookbook. I followed it EXACTLY as written... and setting it on the one inch rack and at 40 minutes tented it as directed... cooked another 5 not done... cooked another 10 and still not done...so now that is 50 minutes... I LOVE this oven...have had it 4 days now...and have had great sucess until tonight... Could anyone who has had sucess with this recipe give me a little help... Thank you! Paula
