Re: NuWave recipes

Hi Becky... Why yes, I have been there too... But, I am finding that just experimenting is just as rewarding... I made my first chicken, fresh whole chicken a couple days ago and it was just so tender and juicy... I was so amazed... I have owned my nuwave for a month now and it is great! I made a loaf of homemade from scratch bread...and it turned out better the second time...the first was a batter bread, but the second I kneaded the dough and it came out perfect :-) Now, I enjoy scouting for recipes, too... Just wanted to give you an answer and I hope you are as delighted with your unit as I am with mine! PaulaJean

PJ--
Haven't tried making bread in the NuWave--do you have any recipes you would like to share?

Re: NuWave recipes

Anyone have ideas for potatoes, I have tried whole ones unwrapped, whole ones wrapped in foil and then cut up ones unwrapped and wrapped. they always seem to come out undercooked no matter how long they are in. Also any suggestions for veggies, on the best way to steam them.

Re: NuWave recipes

I have had my NuWave oven about a month. Had some problems with it at first, but it's getting better. I made Applesauce Bread and it came out pretty good. What I would like to know is When should I put foil on the top to keep from burning the top. I put foil on when it stated to brown but seemed to take forever to finish baking. Looking forward to any helpful hints and ideas.
