I roasted a chicken last night and DH said it was the best that he had ever had and he loved the crispy skin...

Re: Nuwave roasted chicken

My husband would have chicken maybe two times a year and now that we have the NuWave, chicken thighs are a weekly item more than once!

When I did mine I put half onion and a plum I had on counter inside--poked holes in plum so juice would run out--it was better than the whole chickens at costco and i like those as it is a treat to go shop in a big town from where I live. Think they deep fry those to and nu wave chic is so much better--2-3 day later it is still good.

Re: Nuwave roasted chicken

I've started cooking my own free range chickens after years of ho-hum shop bought ones. I fill with my Mum's stuffing (3-4 pieces bread, crumbed, onion grated, dessertspoon of mixed herbs and 1 egg, all mixed) and even my husband will eat it. These Nuwaves are the best!!!

couldn't agree more regarding the excellence of whole chickens cooked in my Nuwave. I've used McCormick brand Montreal Poultry spice rub to add some extra flavor.
