I just got my Nuwave for christmas and I am looking for any recipes that you have tried and your family has loved.

Just keep serching the web there are recipes but I have found that if you just get in and try what you can you will find out how to use it i am still learning on mine also. Use the ideas in the book and experiment and enjoy it.

I roasted a chicken and it was deelish...I agree you just need to learn how to use it, also allow preheating time for timed cooking.

I have had mine for years. I must say, I use it more than my regular oven. I use it for everything from meatloaf, chicken, cornish hens, ribs, pork chops, burgers, roasts, potatoes and veggies, fajitas....you name it. I love it! I have dropped and cracked the dome, but ordered a new one on line and it was here very quick, and I was back up an running. You can do anything with it!

Hi,
I have found that most recipes are useable in the NuWave as long as you remember that the HiTemp is approximately 350 degrees and is combined with a convection fan to cook with.
This oven is an AA++ unit for small meals, pies, and so on. If you experiment you will find that almost everything turns out from good to excellent and rarely a failure.

Take a pie pan and melt one cube of butter in it and then add 1 cup of flour and 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar. Pat it out like a pie crust and prick the crust all over and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Then dump 1 can of pie filling in. If you want a cobbler type effect make 1/2 of the flour butter mix and you can put some brown sugar in it and plop little bits of it in the fruit filling and return it to the Nuwave for approx. 30 minutes. We used no sugar added apple pie filling and between two of us that was dinner and dessert. Nothing else needed!

Hi I'm brand new to this site,.. wondering if anyone has cooked a large Ham , spiral or other Ham in the nu wave oven. I'm looking for the particulars as to largest size of Ham allowable in the Nu Wave
and how long to cook. Very much like the Nu wave for whole chicken , potatoes and the like. thanks for any ham info you can supply
