How to flavor Flax Focaccia Bread substitute that is low carb?

I made a focaccia type bread out of flax meal for the low carb and flax benefits but while it came out looking perfect there was absolutely no detectable flavor. I was thinking about adding a cup of rye flour to substitute one of the cups of flax meal and adding onion soup mix. I have even toyed with adding a tablespoon or two of cocoa as I love dark and rich breads. Has anyone ever done anything like this? And since I don't have a Silpat that fits the Nuwave I used the silicone round pan in the pizza kit and it baked to perfection. I just want flavor!

Really, no one has any ideas? I loved the texture of this "bread" but it was the blah-est thing I have ever submitted to my taste buds! The recipe was 2 cups of flax meal, 1/2 cup water, 1 tbsp stevia, 1 tbsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt and 4 eggs beaten. It was definately lacking and I would like it to be superb!
