Help! I used my New Wave Oven once so far. I made the Pork Loin Roast as in the book that came with the oven. The taste was very good. I didn't make any changes but it took more than twice the time it said to cook (I used a meat thermometer as I don't take chances when I cook pork)
I sure could use other dinner recipes. I am not very inventive .

I made a pork loin roast, too, Debra, and mine cooked in exactly 50 minutes. I also verify internal temp with a cooking thermometer.
My favorite things to cook in this oven, though, are recipes that traditionally are deep fried, like battered shrimp or fish, or French fries. I buy the frozen fries and they turn out fantastic in the Super Wave oven. However, I suggest cooking burgers in a skillet or grill pan. I saw nothing remarkable about burgers cooked in the Super Wave oven.
I haven't tried baked goods yet. I wonder how it will work with those.

did a ham 3 lbs recipie post. Then tried a box cake..made a pineapple upsidewn, put it in the round cake pan one side was always doughy unless i kept turning i tried at 400 for 32 minutes..will try regular oven temp next time..just keep trying..but so far..yuck
