Mushroom Substitute for Beef Wellington

Just wondering if anyone can make a suggestion about possible substitutes for mushrooms in a Beef Wellington. I'm trying to expand my daughter in law's food horizons (she's an Italian food junkie) and she's allergic to mushrooms.
