I have the new cooker but no recipe book at this time and want to know if anyone has one a can give me advise

I use a infrared grill here, its wonderful. All my recipe under grilling are with the infrared grill... what are you exactly looking for?

Not really I have an outdoor Kenmore infrared grill, its not indoor, but it does cook differently, quicker evenly as well... really fast, was hard to get use to in the beginning. I love it now!

Wow, I never heard of an infrared grill. Wish I had read this before buying my two-burner anti-rust cast iron grill pan.

Is an infrared grill like those new halogen ovens?

Depends the grill was infrared but its gas it has a back burner like a rotiserrie. Its all really indirect heat that evenly cooks your food.
