Mexican Toppings:
For a healthy and flavorful topping for Mexican dishes, add 1 teaspoon toasted chili powder, 1/4 cup chopped scallions, 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro and a touch of tomato paste to 1 cup Plain yogurt

Delicious! I would also think that 1/4 tsp of ground cumin would add a little something - it plays well with toasted chili powder.
