A Father's Day Blessing and Inspiration

Wishing all Dad's a most happiest father's day today.. this is always a sad day for me, Dad was my best friend, but when I am down I think of all the foods he loved that I cooked for him and today I am making his favorite of all time Chicken Marsala.. Inspiration can come in many ways, for me its the memories and look on his face of satisfaction and appreciation, he was always so proud to see success, that is worth all the effort for any kind of food that takes time to make.... today I am once again inspired by my best friend, fabulous cook and I am the luckiest woman to have had a dad like him.
