sujuk is armenian & turkish sosage made from beef or lamb or combinrd it is not greek or arab dish many people like to change then reality, it was prepared in eastern turkey presant time, than was armenian land.& probility of sujuk first originated that part of the worled.
I was looking for sujuk recipe but no one is wiling to part with ingridyens ,like how much of each spice for howe much meat so we can try to finde diferant resepies.it will generate interest & many people will try to inproove the so cold SUJUK ....
