I had a small craving the other night, well, let me be honest, I had a huge craving the other night and the only thing to satisfy that craving was hot fudge on vanilla ice cream, with a handful of peanuts on top! So here’s the recipe, and should you have a huge craving, just know that this takes about 12 minutes to whip together…
1-2-3 Hot Fudge
INGREDIENTS:
- 1- 5 ounce can evaporated milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
DIRECTIONS:
Heat all ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat, mixing often. This should take about 10 minutes to come together. Pour over ice cream and sprinkle with salty peanuts (or cashews would be good here as well)
