Ingredientes

  • 28 ounce Tomatoes, undrained
  • 16 ounce Salsa
  • 15 ounce Black beans, rinsed, liquid removed
  • 10 ounce Frzn corn
  • 1 c. Sliced zucchini halves
  • 1 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 8 ounce KRAFT Shredded Mild Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese

Direcciones

  1. BRING tomatoes, salsa, beans, corn, zucchini and chili pwdr to boil in saucepan on medium-high heat.
  2. REDUCE heat to low; simmer 10 min.
  3. SPRINKLE 2 Tbsp. cheese in bottom of each serving bowl. Top with chili and additional 2 Tbsp. cheese. Garnish with warm red pepper slices.
