%20and%20I%20saw%20that%20she%20had%20a%20pretty%20popular%20recipe%20posted%20on%20the%20Food%20Network%20site%20from%20her%20Barefoot%20Contessa%20at%20Home%20cookbook.%20Of%20course%20that%20was%20one%20of%20the%20recipes%20that%20I%20searched%20on%20and%20I%20came%20to%20this%20interesting%20discussion%20on%20Ina's%20accent%20/%20pronunciation%20of%20certain%20words%20(Martha%20Stewart%20is%20not%20spared%20either).%20Pie-ella%20or%20Pie-aye-ya%20doesn't%20matter%20to%20me%20and%20to%20be%20honest%20and%20now%20that%20I%20have%20said%20this%20word%20about%20100%20times%20to%20myself%20while%20cooking%20I%20don't%20even%20know%20how%20I%20say%20it%20anymore!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAs%20always%20I%20didn't%20follow%20this%20recipe%20exactly%20-%20as%20some%20mentioned%20in%20the%20comments%20lobster%20seems%20a%20little%20rich%20for%20such%20a%20strongly%20flavored%20dish%20and%20well%20I%20didn't%20have%20any%20on%20hand.%20I%20did%20however%20have%20more%20than%20enough%20clams%20and%20muscles!%20So%20many%20in%20fact%20that%20I%20had%20to%20actually%20take%20another%20pan%20out%20to%20cook%20them%20all.%20In%20order%20to%20make%20this%20dish%20light%20but%20satisfying%20I%20decided%20to%20cut%20down%20on%20the%20amount%20of%20rice%20that%20I%20used%20but%20added%20quite%20a%20lot%20of%20seafood.%20My%20paella%20included%201/2%20of%20an%20andouille%20sausage%20(which%20was%20spicy!),%20muscles,%20clams,%20scallops,%20haddock%20and%20shrimp...so%20delicious.%20The%20flavor%20of%20the%20sausage%20might%20have%20moved%20this%20paella%20into%20the%20cajun%20style%20of%20cooking%20rather%20than%20traditional%20spanish%20so%20I%20guess%20this%20is%20more%20of%20a%20fusion%20type%20dish.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECajun%20Paella%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
