Ingredientes

  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Margarine
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Pumpkin seeds or other type of Nut
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Cup 10 Grain Cereal( Bob's 10 Grain Cereal or other)
  • 1 1/4 Cup Buttermilk or Sour Milk

Direcciones

  1. ~Preheat your Oven to 400
  2. Mix the cereal and the milk then set aside,
  3. In a different Bowl, Cream your egg, sugar and margarine. Add dry ingredients and milk mixture. stir only til mixed. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake 15 minutes.
  4. Note: if you don't have butter milk. Take 1 cup and 1 tsp lemon Juice, mix it together and let sit for 10 minutes or so til it starts to turn slightly chunky
