- Heat chocolate and 2 tbsp lowfat milk in saucepan over low heat, stirring till chocolate is melted. Beat the sugar into the cream cheese. Add in remaining lowfat milk and chocolate mix. Beat till smooth. Mix in Cool Whip, blending till smooth. Spoon into crust. Freeze till hard, about 4 hrs. Store in the freezer. Set out 1/2 hour before serving.
- Put together crumbs and sugar. Add in melted butter. Press mix firmly and evenly again bottom and sides of pan. Bake 10 min at 350 degrees.
