Ingredientes

  • 11/4 c. + 1 tbls water
  • 3 c. Wheat bread flour
  • 11/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 2 Tbsp. Molasses
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2/3 c. Seeds, (pumpkin, flax, sunflower, etc.)
  • 3 tsp Active dry yeast

Direcciones

  1. Use the "extra kneed" process and add in seed near end of the first kneed or possibly use the whole wheat setting and ad seeds at beeper.
  2. NOTE: I used a combination of equal portions of sunflower, flaxseed, & sesame seeds. Any combination of whatever you like will do.
