100 Days Weight Loss Challenge (My Update)
Last week all I did was sleep. I was recovering from finals
and honestly did nothing else. There was a reason I didn’t have a gain or a
loss last week because I didn’t over eat nor did I under eat I didn’t exercise
all I did was sleep. I didn’t think it was possible to sleep as much as I did.
Today is a fresh start for me. I have 8 more weeks to prove
myself and to get in the game. I am excited and I feel good today. I have
already started my day off right and I am looking forward to keeping that
spirit going.
- Today so far I have had a grilled cheese (wow 100 calories
- for 1 tbsp. of butter) with one slice of cheese, ½ tabs of butter and two
- slices of Challah bread. With the sandwich I had a 150 gram apple along with 4 tbsp.
- of fat free plain yogurt with PB2 mixed in as a dipping sauce. It was
- great! I am only down 10 ounces of water
but I am working on more. I am planning on a good workout today too.
Like I said the last few weeks have been an epic fail for me
with finals (no excuse just honest) and last week with catching up on sleep I just
failed miserably!
This week I am off and running!!
