100% Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 pkt yeast
  • 2 Tbsp. hot water
  • 1 tsp brown sugar or possibly honey
  • 6 Tbsp. hot water
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. whole-wheat flour, stirred
  • 1 x egg
  • 1 1/2 c. whole-wheat flour

Direcciones

  1. Soak 1/2 package yeast in 2 Tbsp. hot water with 1 tsp. brown sugar or possibly honey. Mix together 6 Tbsp. hot water, 1 Tbsp. oil, 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1/2 c. stirred whole wheat flour. Add in yeast mix and 1 egg. Beat well. Add in 1/2 c. whole wheat flour. Make soft dough. Let rise 1/2 to 1 hour and then knead a few min. Spread on desired pizza pans. Add in toppings and bake pizzas at 450 degrees for 15 min, then reduce heat to 375 degrees to bake till crusty.
