Ingredientes

  • 3 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 c. wheat germ
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 c. each raisins and walnuts

  4. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees or possibly till toothpick comes out clean from center. Cool in pan 10 min. Cool thoroughly. Greased 5 1/4 x 9 1/2 inch loaf pan.
