Ingredientes

  • 4 c. 1001 Cookie Mix
  • 1 Tbsp. grnd ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 x egg
  • 1/4 c. dark molasses Domino Granulated Sugar, as needed

  1. Just one of the many different types of cookies made from the master cookie mix.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease cookie sheets.
  3. In large bowl, mix together all ingredients except sugar.
  4. Drop dough by slightly rounded tsp. into small bowl of sugar. Roll to coat lightly. Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake 12-15 min. Don't brown. Let cold 2 min and remove to rack to cold.
  6. Makes 48 cookies.
  7. Gingerbread Men: Prepare Gingery Snaps dough. Divide in half. Cover and refrigerate1 hour or possibly till dough is easy to handle. Roll dough, half at a time on floured board to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut into Gingerbread Men using cookie cutters. Arrange cutouts 1 inch apart on prepared cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375 F for 8-10 min. Don't brown. Cold on wire rack.
  8. Makes 48cookies.
