Ingredientes

  • 6 c. warm water
  • 2 c. 9 grain cracked cereal
  • 1/3 c. millet, raw or possibly cooked
  • 1 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 c. sesame seeds
  • 2/3 c. honey
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1/3 c. applesauce
  • 2 T salt
  • 3 T yeast, instant
  • 1 c. gluten flour
  • Whole wheat flour

Direcciones

  1. Put together first 9 ingredients and let soak for a couple min. Add in gluten flour, yeast and sufficient whole wheat flour till dough pulls away from side of bowl. Knead for 10 min and bake at 350 degrees approximately 45 min. While wheat is really good in this recipe, the bread is light and fluffy. This recipe also makes wonderful rolls!
