Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Unsalted butter softened
  • 1 c. Confectioners' sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Vanilla extract
  • 11/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 c. Rolled oats not instant
  • 3 bot chocolate sprinkles 1.75 ounce each

  1. Grandmother's chocolate shot cookie recipe.
  2. Beat butter in large bowl of electric mixer at high speed till creamy, about 1 minute. Add in sugar and vanilla; beat till light and fluffy, about 2 min. Grandually beat in flour and baking soda till smooth. Stir in oats. Chill dough in mixer bowl 10 min for easier handling.
  3. Remove dough from refrigerator. Divide dough into 2 to 3 equal pcs. Roll each piece into a log about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
  4. Pour sprinkles into pie plate; roll logs in sprinkles to coat proportionately.
  5. Wrap logs in plastic wrap and chill overnight.
  6. Heat oven to 325'F. Cut dough into 1/4-inch slices. Bake on greased baking sheet till lightly browned and slightly hard to the touch, about 20 min. Remove to cooling rack.
