Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.Cream butter and sugar till fluffy. Add in egg yolks and beat thoroughly. Sift flour, measure and sift with baking pwdr and salt. Add in alternately with lowfat milk to creamed sugar and butter. Beat thoroughly. Add in flavoring. Mix in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into well greased and lightly floured cake pan. Bake 35 min at 375 degrees F. When cool, put layers together with your favorite frosting.
