2 Egg Cake

Ingredientes

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. shortening
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 c. boiling water

Direcciones

  1. Cream sugar and shortening well; add in large eggs and beat. Sift together flour and cocoa. Add in flour-cocoa mix and remaining ingredients, except boiling water, and mix; then add in boiling water and mix. Batter will be very thin. Pour into 2 (8 or possibly 9 inch) pans.Bake in moderate 350 degree oven for about 30 min.
  2. Frost with Fudge Frosting.
