Happy unofficial first day of summer! Although the calendar states that the first official day isn’t until June 21st, I think most of us see Memorial Day weekend as the beginning of summer. To kick off the season, I’m sharing a plethora of my favorite summer recipes from the site. Summer typically means grilling, picnics, cook-outs, and fresh fruit. As a result, I always find appetizers, finger-foods, side dishes, and light and fresh desserts are high on everyone’s wish list.
