I have a lot coming up - and after this past weekend...if you're in America you are aware of this past weekend's festivities. If you have been living on planet...clueless...google 420. Anywayssss since I have no clue what kinds of children (lol ya right) are reading this...let's move on.

Back to the challenge - it's not super intense, just a couple of reminders of what I'm going to be doing these next couple weeks before the BIG EVENTS. I hate when people say ooo this is coming up and that is happening soon and never say what it actually is....sooo I'm gonna be that person and leave you hangin. HAHAHA Cause this is my blog and I do what I want.

I must have accumulated all this feistiness from the hardcore step class I did tonight. I would have gotten most like to fill a bucket with sweat award...that is, if they were giving out awards. Which, they totally should.

I've been feeling a little unmotivated lately - so this mini challenge will keep me focused and keep the energy UP. Feel free to join in...

Take limited alcohol however you'd like...

Now, moving on to something that you wouldn't have with wine anyways so it makes total sense::

Directions//

Mix egg whites into oatmeal well - if it's not mixed good enough you WILL have a mini explosion in the microwave...not that I know first hand...that's just what I read...

Every 20 sec. you need to stir the egg whites again...or...YEP, explosion.

Cook for a total of 60 sec. (stopping to stir 3 times) Yay, my math skills.

Top off with chia seeds & cinnamon

Enjoy! Perfect for added protein and nice to have a little mix up if you are obsessed love oats like me.
