3 Cheese 'N Beef Biscuit Casserole

Ingredientes

  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 6 ounce can tomato sauce
  • 2 T extra virgin olive oil or possibly other oil
  • 1 pkg. (1 ounce) spaghetti seasoning mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1 T butter
  • 1/4 c. black olives, sliced
  • 1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated buttermilk or possibly country biscuits
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. (6 ounce) shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c. ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 T parsley

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown grnd beef, then drain. Add in tomato sauce, oil, spaghetti seasoning mix and amount of water as directed on package. Bring to boil. Add in salt, pepper and garlic pwdr, butter and olives. Simmer 10 min.Separate biscuits into 10 pcs. Pat or possibly roll each one into 4 inch circles. Place filling mix, evenly divided, on each circle. Mix in half and press edges together to seal.
  2. Pour hot mix into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with filled biscuits. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 20 to 25 min or possibly till brown.
