Try making these on the weekend when you do your meal prep, so you have healthy, yummy salads ready to go when you are. Green Goddess Grain Jar Green Goddess Grain Jar 2 tbsp. green goddess dressing 1/3 cup wheat berries 1/4 cup frozen peas, defrosted 1/4 cup steamed edamame big handful of baby spinachPour the dressing into the bottom of a mason jar.  Layer ingredients on top finishing with the baby spinach.  Pop on the lid and store in the fridge for up to 5 days. Calories: 342; Total Fat: 12.5g; Carbohydrate: 46.6g; Fiber: 12.5g Sugars: 4.3g; Protein: 14.7g Red Pepper + Ginger Crunch Jar Crunchy Veggie Jar 2 tbsp. ranch dressing 1/3 cup kidney beans 1/4 cup frozen corn, defrosted 1/4 cup chopped orange bell pepper 2 tbsp. chopped red onion big handful romaine lettuce Pour the dressing into the bottom of a mason jar.  Layer ingredients on top finishing with the lettuce.  Pop on the lid and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
