Ingredientes

  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 pch salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. (Butter and lowfat milk is heated till butter melts)
  2. Beat egg whites till stiff, Add in yolks and beat well.
  3. Gradually add in the sugar and beat well again. Mix in the sifted flour and cream of tartar. Add in soda to lowfat milk and butter. Add in to mix and mix in well. Pour into lined sponge tin and bake 375 deg. F.
  4. (20 mins. 190 degs C in a ring tin.)
