Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. margarine or possibly butter
  • 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 x egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. shredded coconut
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts
  • 1/2 c. margarine or possibly butter
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 x (3-1/8 ounce) pkg vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
  • 3 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 x (8 ounce) bar lowfat milk chocolate, cut into pcs
  • 1 Tbsp. graham cracker crumbs

Direcciones

  1. Grease 13-x 9 inch pan. In medium saucepan over low heat, heat 1/2 c. margarine and cocoa. Remove from heat. Add in vanilla and egg; mix well. Stir in 2 c. crumbs, 1/2 c. powdered sugar, coconut, and nuts; mix well. Press mix in bottom of prepared pan. Chill. In medium saucepan over low heat, heat 1/2 c. margarine. Blend in lowfat milk and pudding mix, stirring constantly till mix thickens slightly, about 5 min. Beat in powdered sugar till smooth.
  2. Spread over crust. Chill 20 to 30 min or possibly till set. In small saucepan over low heat, heat chocolate, stirring constantly. Spread proportionately over filling. Sprinkle with 1 tbs crumbs. Chill 10 to 15 min to set chocolate; cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
  3. Yield:36 bars.
