Receta 3 Layer Bars

- Grease 13-x 9 inch pan. In medium saucepan over low heat, heat 1/2 c. margarine and cocoa. Remove from heat. Add in vanilla and egg; mix well. Stir in 2 c. crumbs, 1/2 c. powdered sugar, coconut, and nuts; mix well. Press mix in bottom of prepared pan. Chill. In medium saucepan over low heat, heat 1/2 c. margarine. Blend in lowfat milk and pudding mix, stirring constantly till mix thickens slightly, about 5 min. Beat in powdered sugar till smooth.
- Spread over crust. Chill 20 to 30 min or possibly till set. In small saucepan over low heat, heat chocolate, stirring constantly. Spread proportionately over filling. Sprinkle with 1 tbs crumbs. Chill 10 to 15 min to set chocolate; cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
- Yield:36 bars.
