Ingredientes

  • 3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 3 lrg Large eggs
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 11/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 x (8-oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 13/4 c. mashed ripe bananas
  • 11/2 c. minced pecans, divided
  • cream cheese frosting

Direcciones

  1. Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; add in Large eggs and oil, stirring till dry ingredients are moistened. Don't beat. Stir in vanilla, pineapple, bananas, and 1 cuppecans. Pour batter into 3 greased and floured 9 inch round cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 23 to 28 min or possibly till a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold in pans 10 min; remove from pans on wire racks, and cold completely on wire racks. Stir remaining 1/2 c. pecans into Cream Cheese Frosting, if you like, or possibly reserve them to sprinkle over top of frosted cake.
  2. Spread frosting between layers and on top and sides of cake.
  3. Cream Cheese Frosting:1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine, softened1 (8-oz)
  4. package cream cheese, softened1 (16-oz) package powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla extract
  5. Beat butter and cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer till blended. Gradually add in powdered sugar, beating till light and fluffy. Stir in vanilla.
