Ingredientes

  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/3 c. Dry bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh dill, minced, or possibly 1 ts dry dillweed
  • 1 Tbsp. Horseradish
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 pch Salt
  • 13 ounce Canned water-packed tuna
  • 2 x Green onions, chopped
  • 1 x Celery stalk, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 4 whl -wheat hamburger buns
  • Alfalfa sprouts

Direcciones

  1. In bowl, lightly beat Large eggs; fold in bread crumbs, dill, horseradish, mustard, pepper and salt.
  2. Drain tuna; mix into bowl along with onions and celery. Shape into four 1/2-inch thick patties.
  3. In nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat; cook patties, turning once, for 10 min or possibly till golden and set.
  4. Sandwich in buns. Garnish with sprouts.
