%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWow%20is%20about%20all%20I%20can%20say%20about%20this%20bread.%20When%20I%20saw%20the%20recipe%20and%20noticed%20you%20only%20had%20to%20raise%20the%20bread%20once%20and%20for%20only%2030%20minutes%20I%20was%20suprised.%20I%20have%20tried%20breads%20that%20don't%20raise%20much%20and%20they%20were%20hard%20little%20rocks%20and%20I%20was%20very%20disappointed.%20I%20decided%20I%20had%20better%20try%20this%20bread%20out.%20Let%20me%20tell%20you%20it%20was%20awesome.%20Not%20only%20is%20it%20fast%20but%20it%20tasted%20fantastic%20as%20well%20and%20don't%20even%20get%20me%20started%20on%20toasting%20it%20the%20next%20day%20and%20slathering%20it%20with%20butter.%20If%20you%20are%20in%20need%20of%20a%20quick%20bread%20recipe%20to%20serve%20with%20soup%20or%20with%20pasta%20and%20don't%20have%20time%20for%20a%20lengthy%20rising%20process%20than%20give%20this%20bread%20a%20try.%20And%20it%20is%20so%20much%20cheaper%20than%20picking%20up%20a%20loaf%20at%20the%20local%20super%20market.%20Now%20don't%20get%20me%20wrong%20I%20love%20breads%20that%20take%20hours%20to%20make%20but%20this%20is%20great%20addition%20to%20a%20fast%20weeknight%20meal.And%20the%20ingredients%20everyone%20should%20always%20have%20on%20hand%20in%20their%20pantry's.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBaguette%20Bread(makes%202%20loaves)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20oven%20to%20425%20degrees.In%20the%20bowl%20of%20your%20mixer%20combine%20the%20water,%20yeast,%20and%20honey.%20Give%20it%20a%20quick%20little%20stir%20and%20let%20set%20for%2010%20minutes%20or%20until%20the%20yeast%20is%20bubbly.%20Turn%20the%20mixer%20on%20and%20add%20the%20salt%20and%202%20cups%20flour.%20Mix%20for%202%20minutes.%20Add%202%20more%20cups%20of%20flour%20and%20mix.%20Kneed%20the%20dough%20in%20the%20mixer%20for%205%20minutes%20until%20smooth%20and%20elastic.%20Remove%20the%20dough%20from%20the%20mixer%20and%20knead%20by%20hand%20a%20few%20times,%20adding%20a%20little%20bit%20of%20flour%20if%20it%20is%20to%20sticky.%20The%20dough%20should%20be%20soft%20and%20tacky%20but%20not%20sticky!!!%20Divide%20the%20dough%20into%204%20equal%20parts.%20Roll%20each%20piece%20into%20a%2012%20inch%20rope.%20Twist%20two%20of%20the%20pieces%20together,%20pinching%20the%20ends%20to%20secure.%20Repeat%20with%20remaining%20two%20pieces.%20Place%20both%20twists%20on%20a%20large%20greased%20cookie%20sheet.%20Cover%20with%20towel%20and%20let%20raise%20for%2030%20minutes.%20Place%20in%20the%20oven%20and%20bake%20for%2015-20%20minutes(mine%20takes%2020%20min)%20Brush%20each%20loaf%20with%20butter%20about%202%20minutes%20before%20done.%20Finish%20baking.%20The%20butter%20helps%20the%20top%20crust%20turn%20brown.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENote:%20you%20can%20substitute%20instant%20yeast%20for%20the%20active%20dry%20yeast%20just%20add%20it%20in%20with%20the%20flour.%20I%20have%20used%20both%20kinds%20and%20works%20great%20with%20each%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENote:%20I%20have%20also%20used%20half%20white%20whole%20wheat%20flour%20and%20all%20purpose%20flour%20and%20it%20turned%20out%20great!!%20I%20haven't%20tried%20all%20wheat%20yet%20but%20if%20you%20do%20I%20recommend%20using%20white%20whole%20wheat%20flour.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
