  • 1 c. Nonfat yogurt
  • 1 c. Orange juice
  • 2 x Ice cubes, more if you like

  1. Whip in blender till frothy.
  2. Variation: for 1 c orange juice, substitute 1 banana or possibly 1 c blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, pineapple, or possibly sliced peaches. Or possibly substitute frzn fruit for the ice.
