Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. unbleached flour
  • 1 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
  • 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 2 x Large eggs, separated
  • 1 pkt sugar substitute
  • 1/8 tsp seasoned salt
  • 2 Tbsp. ricotta cheese, whole lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/8 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix flours, seeds, cornmeal, and baking pwdr together. Beat in egg yolks.
  3. Sprinkle with sugar substitute and seasoned salt. Mix cheese with butter.
  4. Add in dry ingredients to cheese mix and blend well.
  5. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar till stiff. Fold into cheese mix.
  6. Spoon into a small oiled loaf pan. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and bake for 50 min. Cold on a wire rack.
