An easy one bowl cupcake recipe which has barely four ingredients. The key ingredients in making these cupcakes is a good quality Chocolate Hazelnut spread. Though there are quite a few companies which carry this spread, the most popular one is the Nutella brand. With barely four ingredients, this batter can be whipped in five minutes or less.

This recipe can be easily doubled and can be baked in regular cupcake liners. If using regular cupcake liners increase the cooking time to 16 to 20 minutes.

Make a batch of these in the beginning of the week and kids can have these as a afternoon snack with a cup of milk.

Ingredients: White flour- ½ cup Nutella spread- ½ cup Egg- 1 large at room temperature Baking powder-1/2 tsp Instructions

Pre heat the oven to 350 F or 175 Line the muffin tin with about 12 mini cup cake liners Sieve the flour and baking powder twice and set a side In a bowl add the nutella and egg. Whisk until well combined Now add in the flour and baking powder mixture and combine it with a spatula or hand mixer. I just used a spatula to mix Spoon the combined mixture until it reaches ¾th of the cupcake liner Bake at 350 F for 11-13 minutes, until a tooth pick inserted in the center of the cupcake comes out clean Do not over bake the cupcake, if not the cupcakes can get hard Set a side and let cool completely. STEP BY STEP RECIPE TO MAKE NUTELLA BROWNIE MINI CUPCAKES:

Pre heat the oven to 350 F or 175 C.

Line the muffin tin with 12 mini cup cake liners.

Sieve the flour and baking powder twice and set a side.

In a bowl add the nutella and egg. Whisk until well combined.

Now add in the flour and baking powder mixture and combine it with a spatula or hand mixer. I just used a spatula to mix it.

Spoon the combined mixture until it reaches 3/4th of the cupcake liner.

Bake at 350 F for 11-13 minutes, until a tooth pick inserted in the center of the cupcake comes out clean.

Do not over bake the cupcake, if not the cupcakes can get hard.

Set a side and let cool completely.

Enjoy the cupcakes with a cup of milk.
