This delicious Lychee fruit mousse is wonderfully light and easy to make. .. Spoon the mousse into tall glasses and top or layer with fresh halved lychees and/or whipped cream (optional).This is definietly a dessert that is absolutely and utterly delicious just so happens to be healthy too,how can anyone,possibly have a problem with it? You can’t! It’s impossible!.It’s packed with bright summery flavors and it is super delicious and as the name suggests,it has only 4 ingredients that go into making this mousse.It can be made up to one day before required if preferred.It still tastes amazing.

Ingredientes

  • 2 440 gm can lychees
  • 3 tsp gelatine
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • pink food coloring

Direcciones

  1. Drain lychees,reserve 3/4 cup syrup.
  2. Sprinkle gelatine over reserved syrup,dissolve over hot water(or microwave on HIGH about 30 seconds);cool,but DO NOT let it set.
  3. Puree lychees in a blender or processor,strain,return strained mixture to blender.
  4. Add sour cream and gelatine mixture,blend until smooth.
  5. Stir in a tiny drop of food coloring if you wish.
  6. Pour into individual glasses,refrigerate until set.
  7. Serve with whipped cream,extra lychees and glace cherries
