49ers sourdough flapjacks

This is a fun way to use the left-over fed-soughdough starter.

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 C. fed soughdough starter
  • 8 Lg. eggs
  • 1/3 C suger
  • 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 1 tsp veg. oil
  • 1. tbl. vanilla extract

Direcciones

  1. Starter should be a room temp fed 12 hours prior.
  2. Combine all ingredients in mixer
  3. Batter should be very thin.
  4. Heat grill or crepe pan to 400.
  5. Cook until edges begin to brown and flip 30 seconds then serve.
  6. Edges should be crisp and the inside chewy.
