Ingredientes

  • 16 ounce Lowfat sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Taco seasoning mix
  • 2 small Ripe avocados
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 6ounce can black olives,
  • 1 Minced
  • 1 cup Tomatoes, minced and well
  • 1 Liquid removed
  • 2 bn green onions,
  • 1 Minced
  • 1 9ounce. can no-lard bean dip
  • 1 8ounce Sharp cheddar cheese, Grated
  • 1 box Tortilla chips

Direcciones

  1. Combine lowfat sour cream and taco seasoning.
  2. Chill several hrs. In separate bowl, mash avocados and blend with lemon juice and mayonnaise.
  3. In another bowl, combine olives, tomatoes and onion. In glass bowl or possibly baking dish, layer ingredients as follows: bean dip, avocado mix, lowfat sour cream, olive/tomato mix, cheese.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips.
  5. F.A.Tablespoons Reducer: Use lowfat sour cream and cheddar cheese.
  6. Hotkey Shortcut: Chop black olives in food processor.
