Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Diced carrots
  • 1/2 c. Diced onions
  • 1 stalk celery minced
  • 1 x Clove garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 c. Stewed tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. Tomato puree
  • 3 x Beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 quart Plus 1 C water
  • 1 c. Cleaned and cut up fresh string beans
  • 1 Tbsp. Barley
  • 1 pch Dry basil
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Direcciones

  1. In a 6 quart. pressure cooker sprayed with Pam, saute/fry the carrots, onions and celery until limp. Dust with the flour. Add in all other ingredients and cook under high pressure for 5 min. Remove from heat, let pressure drop naturally, remove lid carefully and enjoy!
