Ingredientes

  • 2 (12 ounce) packages. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. (2 sticks) butter
  • 1 (7 1/2 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
  • 1 (13 ounce) can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 4 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 T vanilla
  • 1-2 c. minced pecans

Direcciones

  1. Place chocolate, butter, marshmallow creme in large bowl. In heavy 4 qt pan bring to boil lowfat milk and sugar, stirring constantly. When mix reaches full rolling boil, start timing and cook for 8 min, stirring frequently. Pour over chocolate fold in bowl and stir till well mixed. Beat with electric mixer or possibly wooden spoon till fudge begins to hold its shape. Beat in vanilla and nuts. Pour into greased 15"x10"x1" pan and spread. Score fudge after cools, but before it becomes too hard.
