%20Peanut%20Butter%20Cups%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOn%20my%20way%20back%20to%20campus%20for%20the%20summer%20I%20have%20stopped%20in%20with%20my%20family%20for%20a%20week%20or%20so....%20and%20this%20means%20I%20have%20been%20put%20back%20on%20%22real%22%20baking%20duty.%20My%20family,%20especially%20my%20brother,%20loves%20sweets!!!%20In%20my%20brother's%20case%20-%20if%20it%20is%20chocolate%20and%20peanut%20butter%20it%20is%20as%20good%20as%20gold....%20So%20for%20my%20first%20family%20treat%20I%20made%20homemade%20peanut%20butter%20cups.%20These%20treats%20are%20so%20much%20better%20than%20the%20ones%20you%20buy%20in%20the%20store!%20I%20find%20the%20store%20ones%20have%20a%20filling%20that%20is%20way%20toooooooo%20dry%20so%20I%20make%20my%20own%20nice%20and%20creamy!%20Other%20than%20that%20chocolate%20on%20the%20outside%20these%20actually%20fit%20nicely%20into%20my%20new%20eating%20rules%20so%20i%20left%20a%20few%20uncovered%20LOL.%20When%20I%20made%20these%20suckers%20I%20only%20had%20a%20dozen%20muffin%20liners%20on%20hand,%20so%20once%20they%20were%20filled%20I%20added%20some%20rice%20crispies%20to%20the%20peanut%20butter%20mixture%20and%20melted%20some%20extra%20chocolate%20-%20voila!%20peanut%20butter%20balls...%20Needless%20to%20say%20my%20brother%20was%20a%20very%20happy%20boy%20this%20day%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESteps%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E-Melt%20chocolate%20in%20double%20boiler.%20Add%204%20tbsp%20peanut%20butter.%20Let%20cool%20slightly.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E-Add%20a%20tsp%20of%20melted%20chocolate%20to%20the%20bottom%20of%20each%20muffin%20liner.%20Let%20harden%20in%20fridge.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E-Shape%20peanut%20butter%20mixture%20into%20patties%20and%20place%20on%20top%20of%20hardened%20chocolate.%20Cover%20entirely%20in%20additionally%20melted%20chocolate.%20Let%20harden%20in%20fridge.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E*These%20are%20best%20stored%20in%20the%20fridge...%20they%20get%20too%20soft%20otherwise.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
