Receta 6 Insanely Delicious Chocolate Cakes
by Sandra

These 6 Insanely Delicious Chocolate Cakes have been a big hit with my family, and my daughter’s work family. I’m in the process of shopping for a new range and looking through my tried and true chocolate cake recipes for my maiden bake. As well as one for Mother’s Day. After 40+ years of Mother’s Day celebrations, I have no problem making my own dessert and I’m sure one of these will be on the menu. From my experience, I’ve found that when baking scratch chocolate cakes, oil is better than butter. Also, the batter of those cakes will be thin, and the chocolate taste, intense. Grab a hot beverage, or a cold glass of milk and take a look at these 6 Insanely Delicious Chocolate Cakes. After that, I’d love for you to bake one and let me know what you think. Hershey’s Perfectly CHOCOLATE Chocolate Cake The layers of this cake are tender and the frosting is velvety smooth. Hershey’s Perfectly CHOCOLATE Chocolate Cake would be great with a tall cold glass of milk. However, if you want to go all in, serve this with, a crisp Chardonnay, a Zinfandel with a hint of fruit and spice, or a slightly floral Moscato. Consider this for a birthday, shower, girls night in, or a holiday party. If you choose to make this cake I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Double Chocolate Cake with Ganache and Dipped Strawberries You’ll notice that the recipe calls for 2 boxes of cake mix. I like high layers so that’s why I used two boxes. The layers were also baked in 2-9 inch pans. If you don’t have 9-inch pans, use the 8-inch and fill them as you usually would and use the rest of the batter to make cupcakes. Cloud Forest Chocolate Cake Baking Willie Harcourt-Cooze’s Cloud Forest Chocolate Cake from World Class Cakes by Roger Pizey was almost as much fun as eating it. This was my first flourless chocolate cake and I was not disappointed. When trying to describe this cake to my girls the best I could come up with is that it tastes like a cross between fudge and cake. Instinct told me not to take a big slice of this and I’m glad I listened. My friends this cake is rich, dense and has a deep chocolate flavor. As well it should because the recipe calls for 100% cacao and including the frosting I used 9.5 ounces. Super Dark Chocolate Cake with Milk Chocolate Lavender Mousse For a few years, I’ve used my Best Chocolate Cake Evah as my go-to scratch chocolate cake. As much as I love this gem of a recipe this new one has captured my attention and taste buds. Using Dutch-processed cocoa powder imparts a deep chocolate flavor without being bitter and the instant espresso ups the chocolate ante a bit more. Then there’s the Milk Chocolate Lavender Mousse, OMG! Don’t worry Best Chocolate Cake Evah, I still love you. Naked Buttermilk Chocolate Cake I could use every superlative ever spoken and that wouldn’t be enough to describe this cake. Even though it’s not totally swathed in frosting it looks a little heavy. Partly because the top is loaded with extras, but the cake itself is very tender and light. Most of the time I used dark or onyx cocoa to intensify the chocolate flavor. For this beauty, I went with the standard unsweetened cocoa powder. Best Chocolate Cake Evah I’m sure you, like I, have come across lots of recipes that claim to be the “best”. This was one of them. Let me tell you that when Robyn from Add a Pinch made that claim she was spot on. This is seriously and unequivocally one of the best chocolate cake I have ever had. The chocolate Buttercream frosting is off the hook as well. These 6 Insanely Delicious Chocolate Cakes are all my favorites but I’d still like to find that ultimate white cake recipe. If you have one I’d love to try it. I hope my party peeps love chocolate because I’m taking these cakes to the following parties.
