6 Week Bran Muffins

Ingredientes

  • 1 (12 ounce) box Raisin Bran
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 5 c. flour
  • 5 teaspoon soda
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 quart. buttermilk

Direcciones

  1. In large bowl mix together cereal, sugar, flour, soda and salt. Add in large eggs, vegetable oil and buttermilk. Mix well. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 min. This mix makes 1 gallon and can be kept in refrigerator up to 6 weeks. Don't freeze batter but baked muffins freeze nicely.
