Receta 7 Layer Tex Mex Dip

Ingredientes
- 3 med. avocados
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. taco mix
- 2 cans plain or possibly jalapeno flavored bean dip (or possibly 1 lg. can refried beans)
- 1 lg. bunch green onions with tops, minced
- 3 med. sized tomatoes, cored, halved, seeded and coarsely minced (2 c.)
- 2 cans (3 1/2 ounce) pitted olives
- 1 pkg. (8 ounce) sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- Large round tortilla chips
Direcciones
- Peel, pit and mash avocados in a medium sized bowl with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Put together lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise and taco fold in bowl. To assemble, spread bean dip on a large shallow serving dish. Top with avocado mix, layer with lowfat sour cream taco mix. Sprinkle with minced onions, tomatoes and olives. Cover with Cheddar cheese. Serve chilled or possibly at room temperature.
