7 of My New Favorite Cookbooks

Real talk time.

My stitched-up finger is making it difficult to do much in the kitchen; however, I can still type! So, I thought it would be the perfect time to share with you some of my favorite cookbooks that I’ve picked up over the last year or so.

(These are listed in alphabetical order.)

1. Baked Elements – I absolutely adored Matt Lewis and Renato Poliafito’s first two books, Baked and Baked Explorations, so it’s no surprise that when these guys devoted an entire cookbook to their 10 favorite ingredients, it would be just as mouth-watering.

2. Bouchon Bakery – I was luckily enough to indulge in some of Bouchon Bakery’s confections on a trip to New York City three years…
