Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg spare ribs
  • 7 T brown sugar
  • 7 T soy sauce
  • 7 T water
  • 1 clove garlic

Direcciones

  1. In a well-oiled skillet, brown ribs about 5 minutes on each side. Transfer to a baking pan
  2. In a bowl, combine above ingredients and mix until smooth.
  3. Pour sauce over ribs and bake on 350 about 2 hours. You can leave in the oven longer for super-soft, falling-off-the-bone spare ribs.
