- In a wok or saute (deep) pan add sesame seed oil on medium high heat
- Add carrot sticks, sliced thin bell pepper and mushrooms, saute 4 minutes stirring the entire time, add minced garlic, white pepper, soy, stir add shrimp, stirring, cook 3 minutes, add snow peas and cook 2 minutes.
- Serve over rice (your choice).
- Enjoy!
