9~Minute Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredientes

  • 16 ounces (frozen pre-cooked, deveined, no tails) Large Shrimp
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup yellow pepper
  • 1/2 cup snow peas
  • 1/2 carrot cut into matchsticks
  • one tablespoon sesame seed oil
  • one teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
  • dash of white pepper

Direcciones

  1. In a wok or saute (deep) pan add sesame seed oil on medium high heat
  2. Add carrot sticks, sliced thin bell pepper and mushrooms, saute 4 minutes stirring the entire time, add minced garlic, white pepper, soy, stir add shrimp, stirring, cook 3 minutes, add snow peas and cook 2 minutes.
  3. Serve over rice (your choice).
  4. Enjoy!
