Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 pt Water
  • 2 ounce Beef drippings
  • 12 ounce Puff pastry
  • Beaten egg for glaze
  • 1 lb Chopped beef
  • 1 x "cube" beef stock
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 pt Water
  • 1 pch Nutmeg
  • 3 Tbsp. Flour
  • Brown food coloring

Direcciones

  1. Mix all base ingredients thoroughly. Roll out to about 1/8" thickness.
  2. Roll out puff pastry to 1/4" thickness.
  3. Saute/fry the beef. Dissolve the stock cube in the water, add in to beef. Season to taste. Sprinkle with flour and cook until flour is browned and incorporated well. Adjust seasoning and coloring to taste.
